Here at ZL iWear we offer our customers not only a top of the line quality product but also a top of the line customer service experience that is easy and hassle-free.

All of our festival rave sunglasses, diffraction and kaleidoscope glasses, fashion sunglasses and all the other products in the store have a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 100 days of purchase.

Returns or Exchanges items must be unworn (a quick try is acceptable), in the same condition that you received them with all tags attached and in original packaging. Returns will be proceeded within 5 days of receiving the items.

Please note that items purchased during a sale they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges Policy

EXCHANGE any product(s) from ZL iWear within 100 days of receiving your order:

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we love to offer a 100 days Exchange, starting the day you order. Please note that the following rules must apply for the product(s) that you would like to Exchange:

  1. The product(s) MUSTbe returned unused (a quick try is acceptable), with all the original packaging and with all the tags and manufacturer seals still attached.
  2. All returns are inspected on arrival and exchanges will NOTbe issued if the product(s) are not in new and original condition.
  3. Please ensure that product(s) are returned to us via "signature required" and a trucking number is obtained. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the exchange process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.
  4. When we re-ship an exchanged product(s), we will not charge additional re-shipping fee(s) if the product had a manufacture malfunction.
  5. ImportantExchanges Note: Do not return your product(s) without first contacting our customer service team. We will provide you with a specific exchange or return number. (Returns should not be sent without the number provided)
  6. ImportantKaleidoscope glasses Note: In the event that you receive kaleidoscope glasses with defective crystal lenses, please do not throw them away. Many manufacturers require the original defective lenses for analysis. If the lenses manufacturer agrees that the lenses are indeed defective, then a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Please note that defective lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same brand and type of kaleidoscope glasses.

ZL iWear Exclusive Limited Liftime Warranty Policy

 

ZL iWear stands by the exceptional quality provided by the product that we selected to sell and the products manufacture by us. ZL iWear ships its products internationally to almost all worldwide countries through USPS.

We offer our own exclusive limited lifetime warranty against all manufacturers' defects. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and our after sales service is committed to this. Usually we are able to efficiently resolve defect issues by offering replacements free of charge. Note that damage to frames or lenses caused by general day to day wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.

Warranty does not cover scratches, stretching of the frames due to misuse, accidental damage caused through general use, or the loss of screws due to neglect.

If you believe that you have an issue that is covered under this warranty, please contact us via email at support@zliwear.com with a description of the issue and photos of the defective product.

If you experience a product defect that does not result from your own misuse of the product then we will happily provide repairs, spare parts or replacement in accordance with our return and exchange policy. Simply contact us by email if you would like to make a claim – we will provide you with a return form specifying the procedure and our return address. We will also compensate you for any shipping costs in returning the product to us, however you need to provide us with a valid tracking number.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Manufacturers' defects mean flaws or defects arising from the manufacturing process and non-conformance to the manufacturer's standards set for the particular product. In the context of eyewear this usually refers to defective hinges, welding points, discoloring etc. Please note that manufacturer's defects DO NOT include design defects which are attributable to the product design rather than the manufacturing process. Manufacturer's defects also DO NOT include damage or harm arising from product misuse or accident or your own usage of the product.
